If you feel uncomfortable measuring your ring size, most local jewelers offer to measure ring size free of charge.

Keep in Mind!

  1. Be sure to measure your finger towards the end of the day when fingers are thickest. Measuring a cold finger may result in an inaccurate measurement and a smaller ring size.

  2. If using Zoara's printable ring sizer, always measure the circumference around the base of your finger, past the knuckle.

  3. If you're buying the ring as a surprise, look over some tips that will help you Find His Or Her Ring Size Discretely. Also, be sure to arrange delivery to a location that won't ruin the surprise.

  4. If you are brainstorming proposal plans, we invite you to peruse our Proposal Tips and Stories for some helpful ideas.

We strongly recommend that you, our valued customer, visit our extensive Jewellery Learning Centre to learn more about our beautifully designed  engagement rings and wedding rings.

International Ring Sizes

While the American ring size formula is the most commonly used, there are many different international ring size formulas as well. While the American ring size is comprised of just numbers, while the U.K. ring size is comprised of both letters and numbers. Some countries such as Germany round the mm. ring size width to get the closest size. However, not every country has its own ring size. For example, Canada and the U.S. share numeral ring sizes, while Australia and New Zealand follow the U.K. ring size.

If you are not sure what your American ring size, you can always consult a conversion table, such as the one shown below:
