My fiance proposed with this ring and I thought that it didn't really look like a proper engagement ring. I think the ring is more appropriate as a anniversary gift or as a mother's day present. 5/5Pretty good, customer service fixed problemI'm not used to buying jewelry online. I was looking at the Zoara website just for fun when I found this ring. I thought it looked really pretty and since it was very affordable I decided to go ahead and order it. When the ring arrived I was dumbfounded. It looked nothing like its attached photo. I was incredibly disappointed. I had had my heart set on a different ring. I contacted customer support via email and explained that I had gotten the wrong ring. They replied that they had checked and that the item's number matched the serial number of the ring that they had sent me. I wrote them back and told them that I wasn't sure exactly what happened but that the item's photo did not match the ring I had gotten. After a couple of days they wrote me back, apologizing that I had been right and that there had been a mix up with the item's photograph. They asked me to ship back the ring I had gotten, and assured me that they would exchange it for the ring of my choice. I really liked how it looked and thought it would complement me nicely. Anyways, I ordered the ring in what I thought was my size and waited for its arrival. When the ring arrived I was incredibly disappointed when I tried it on and it was too big for my finger. I picked the European size instead of the American, different size systems. 5/5My only concern is cleaning the ringWith 69 diamonds in a prong setting, there are a lot of crevices that could get stuffed with dirt and grime over the years, and even months. I'd be hesitant to bring this kind of ring to a jeweler, precisely because it has so many diamonds in it any one can be replaced with a fake without me noticing at all.
